Bringing clarity to big, God-sized vision.
Brette Sterk is a speaker, leader, and the Director of Women’s Ministry at North Coast Church, where she shepherds a community of more than 250 women and leads gatherings that serve over a thousand.
For more than a decade—in ministry and in the marketplace—she’s done the work she loves most: helping people move from vision to execution and grow into the leaders they were made to be. She teaches with warmth, honesty, and a deep conviction that God doesn’t waste a single season.
Whether she’s on a stage in front of a thousand or across the table from one weary woman, her heart is the same—to empower and equip women to live boldly, lead faithfully, and become exactly who God created them to be.
